Anne monitors overall customer satisfaction and assurance outcomes. She has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sector where she has managed teams on a national basis for MTN and a number of other ISPs. She completed an Executive Management Course at the Gordan Institute of Business.

Andre is responsible for the smooth running of our operational systems which are crucial to ensuring network stability and connectivity for our clients. Andre has been in IT since 1998 and his vast experience in the sector spans roles in technical, design, pre-sales, implementations, service delivery and leadership. He started his journey with Stem Connect, previously known as XDSL, at its inception in 2002.

Zelda is an experienced task and goal orientated professional with extensive experience in managing large scale projects. At Stem Connect she has fostered an environment of teamwork between different departments to make sure overall client satisfaction is consistently achieved. Zelda holds an Honours Degree in Communication and a Project Management Certificate, and has over 10 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.

Julian strives for excellent customer engagements, ensuring all solutions proposed are relevant and current to business requirements. Using his industry experience and understanding of customers needs ensures all customers are number one at Stem Connect. “Customer service is key to any industry “

Johan brings a wealth of knowledge to developing our sales and pre-sales offering to clients. His vast experience with networks and multinational companies makes him a key contributor to our successful offering.

Callie’s role is Service Delivery Management for large financial sector clients to ensure that their objectives and expectations are met through alignment with STEM Connect’s project deliverables, service levels and product innovation. Callie holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Certificate in Networking, He has 37 years of experience in networks and IT infrastructure of which 30 years were within the financial sector.

As CFO Tian has primary responsibility for managing the company's finances. He played an important role in developing our new brand and growth strategy bringing about the transformation and evolution of XDSL into what is now Stem Connect.
